Chapter 1: Customer Privacy Policy

Chapter 2: Ordering Policy
(a) All purchase orders are to be submitted online via Purchase Order Form.
(b) By purchasing from us, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.
Chapter 3: Payment Policy
(a) We accept all payments via PayPal.
(b) All selling prices does not include delivery charges that are applicable.
(c) Upon order confirmed, full payment are to be made within 48 hours.
Chapter 4: Cancellation Policy
(a) When conversing with our staff, customer may choose to cancel or change purchase order.
(b) After order is under process, any cancellation or changes made by customer will be subjected to a administrative fees of 30% per invoice. The above measurement is to attain a certain level of security for our company, we apologise for any inconvenience.
(c) Legal action will be taken against customer who fails to make payment for administration fee within seven days of notice under Breach of Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Contracts) Regulations.
Chapter 6: Exchange And Return Policy(a) Exchange and return will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and refunds will not be entertained.
(b) Customers have to check the products at time of delivery, no exchange or return is entertained after 48 hours of delivery.
Chapter 7: In-Stock Items Availability
(a) Items are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis and will be reserved for a maximum of 48 hours after confirmation.
Chapter 8: Pre-Order Items
(a) Customers are to make a full payment for all your pre-order purchase including delivery or mail charges.
(b) Goods will be despatch within 21 working days upon payment.
